It's a weird weird life. when you expect so much, it gives you a little and when you sit down with zero hope, it provides more than you have wished for. Though I am just 17 yrs and not old enough to explain what to expect from this unexpected life. But there are few things I have learned that I would love to share...

-Lord Buddha said, 'We achieve peace through meditation' yet I have learned, the most beautiful and peace giving thing in the world is to watch a little child asleep....

-No matter how rich we become, we can never buy what really matters in life.

-There will always be someone in your life who annoys you no matter where you are and you will love it eventually and miss him when he is not there.

-Mostly it's better to shut up but sometimes it's necessary to argue.

-Though many people believe that you are what you wear but I have always learned- Do not judge a person according to his appearance.

-Well I am always in trouble because of honesty but I still believe honesty can solve any problem.

-May be we should never let go of our deepest desire. But I have learned- letting go is the only way to keep something or someone in life.

-It's good to be yourself and maintain your dignity. But I have learned - The word 'WE' always sounds better than the word 'I'.

-We will always come across many intolerable people but there's still a difference between being angry and being cruel.

-Never be close friends with your best friend's boyfriend. Her boyfriend might start liking you and that can create problems in relationships (examples better hidden :P).

-And finally - I am sure you all will agree on this one - Just do not expect your money back if you have lend it to a close friend... Friends will be friends :) lols :P

Yeah yeah i know that we haven't stepped into 2010 and here i am making 2009 history already Anyways ,i am not goin to talk abt what happened in 2009 coz that wud be way too much to talk of in one single post. :D
But yes, this will be something like the highlights of a cricket match. 2009 was an eventful year coz it was full of events obviously! :D Ok, now enuff of pjs....lets talk abt some things that changed my life this year:

1-A few ppl who i came across changed my life for the better!! And i don't want to name them coz i don't want to miss any names. :) And besides the ppl who know me well wud know who they are.

2-Staying on my own and being happy. I realised that happiness cannot be brought abt by somebody else in your life. Its you who's responsible for your own happiness.

3-This one's for the ppl who are no more....yes they touched my life in their own special way. They made me realise that life is too short to worry/crib/hold grudges. So live it the way u want to coz u have just one life.

4-Last but not the least A couple of movies that left an impact on me. I know it sounds silly, how can one possibly learn from movies!? But i have, and everytime there's a movie that talks sense and has a message to it, i feel we need to learn from it. so here's my list..

Paa - Loved it for the one and only Amitabh Bachchan. He was awesome in all respects...and he as Auro made me realise that anything is possible.

Avatar - Need i say more....this movie amazed me and made me think of the extent to which a human being can imagine....

Love Aaj Kal - Altough i already know the importance of relationships in life, it made me realise that even if you have the best of everything in life, its incomplete without love.

3 Idiots - Yes, i watched it only yesterday and i had to mention this one coz this is one movie nobody shud miss. It has something for everybody, parents, kids, teens, u, me and everyone

So this will be the last post from me for this year, and i will see all of u in the year 2010. Wishng u a very happy nw yr guys....tc....

I was in kindergarden.my mom used to drop me to my school. Once I forgot to take my water bottle from her while entering the school (it was a round red bottle!),so she came back to give it to me. Morning assembly was going on and I was standing first in the line. From there I could see my mom waving my bottle at me from the gate. When I saw her, I ran to her took my bottle and came back. The principal and teachers stared at me in horror with a how-dare-you expression on their face. I smiled at them innocently and went back to my line.Oh! Such a cutie pie I was!..lolz
In my 1st std, one day our teacher asked us to bring our brush and toothpaste to school the next day. And the next day was fun! We spent a lot of time brushing and the teacher brushed with us!
In my 3rd std I only remember 3 things that happened in that school.>>We used to eat our Tiffin during the class!>>Once I had to say the pledge during morning assembly and I was nervous. I stopped mid-sentence and started crying!>>I lost my 1st bottle there. I have lost many more things..lol..
In my 4th std i remember it was sprts day n i hd tken prt n relay thng n i cme frst...lol...so gt a gld medal n a certificate...hehe i stil hv it...
In my 5th std I learnt the meaning of crush cz i hd ne..lol.....
In my 9th std, I learnt a game called foot-cricket. It was really fun!
In my 10th I completed my schooling . Those 3 years were the best years of my life so far. The actual growing up time and the real, true fun......
Having lunch under the staircase, breaking hearts,,punishments,impostitions,last bell,schoolbuses, morning prayer, farewells and much more….And then it was the end. Exit school and enter college......
